There is a late-model green Honda Accord on the fourth floor of the parking garage near the steps with its dome light on. It is backed in so I cannot read the license plate number. It has an EZ Pass device in the window. The light was on this morning, and when I passed by it again at lunch, it was still on; however the light was noticeably dimmer.
